Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we will be unable to accommodate changes, but you can still return the item once received for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, with shipment occurring the day after processing. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays or peak seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your location, orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive due to high demand and shipping logistics.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, you may be responsible for paying duties, taxes, or related fees when your order arrives at your local customs office. These charges are determined by your local authorities, and Tuff Tings is not responsible for any customs delays. Please contact your local customs office for more information on applicable charges.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you've received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the item(s). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to your bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time to post the refund to your account.
